Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile app, care guide, support assistant, and store provided by Beardie Supply Co. LLC(“Beardie Supply,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Not veterinary advice

Our care guide and support assistant are provided for general educational purposes only and are not veterinary advice. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified exotic veterinarian. If your animal may be ill or injured, contact a vet promptly. See our Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for decisions about your animal’s care.

Orders, pricing, and returns

• Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change and may contain errors; we may correct them and cancel affected orders.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.
• Shipping, returns, and any live-arrival guarantee are governed by the policies posted at checkout and on our site at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services unlawfully, or in a way that harms an animal or another person;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or the support assistant;
• Misuse the assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or off-topic content, or to extract our confidential information.

Intellectual property

The guide, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Beardie Supply Co. LLC or its contributors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and use them for their intended purpose. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without permission.

Your messages

Messages you submit to our assistant or support team may be used to operate and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat.

Third-party links and tools

Our services may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools (such as payment, shipping, and analytics providers) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

Our services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services or the assistant will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beardie Supply Co. LLC and its owners, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the services, the guide, or the assistant, including any harm to an animal resulting from reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beardie Supply Co. LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies posted at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Beardie Supply Co. LLC regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Dispute resolution; arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Beardie Supply Co. LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and held near Wyoming or conducted remotely. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@beardiesupply.com with your name and a statement that you opt out. Where arbitration is not permitted, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
