Beardie Supply Co. LLC is committed to making our website, mobile app, and care guide usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That work includes color contrast, text alternatives for images, clear headings and structure, visible keyboard focus, keyboard operability, screen-reader announcements for our support assistant’s replies, and labels for interactive controls.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we do not claim the site is perfect. We audit it against WCAG 2.1 AA: most recently in August 2026, after which we fixed the issues the audit found, and we review new features and content as we ship them. If something is still hard to use with your setup, we want to know.
