Delete your account

You can delete your Beardie account yourself, from the app or the website. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the Beardie app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon, then Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On beardiesupply.com

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your sign-in identity and email address, every reptile profile, uploaded photos, weight logs, care history, reminders, saved Lizzy chats, and your mailing-list subscription. Nothing about your animals is kept.

Residual copies in our encrypted database backups expire automatically within 7 days. If you have any trouble, email hello@beardiesupply.com and we will delete the account for you.
